What We Do
Partnerships need to have people, services and organisations working together.
Bringing people together helps us share information about what is happening locally.
The Partnership Board works together with people with learning disabilities and autism, family carers and people who have a big say over local opportunities and services.
We ask services and organisations how the things they do affect people with learning disabilities and autism.
This helps everyone to agree what needs to be done.
Working together we can make sure services are linked to help people get the services they want.
All these groups can still make their own decisions.
But, talking to the Board before they do anything helps to make sure we are working together to make services better.
